Paradise Pools Inc. ("Paradise Pools," "we," "us") builds and maintains swimming pools across the North Bay and East Bay. This policy explains what information https://paradisenapa.com collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to information you give us in person, on the phone, or in a signed construction contract.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is recorded automatically as you browse.

You give us information directly when you submit the quote or contact form. That form asks for your name and your email address or phone number, the service you are interested in, the address where the work would happen, and any notes or project photos you choose to attach. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account or provide payment details.

Automatically, our hosting provider and analytics tags record standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) attached to the link you arrived through.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule service, and follow up about work in progress. We use the automatic data to keep the site secure, measure which pages and ads bring in genuine inquiries, and improve the content we publish.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies to recognize returning visitors and attribute inquiries to the campaign that produced them. These cookies do not carry your name, address, or phone number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally with cookies disabled — only our measurement is affected.

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic browser signals for that check.

Third parties we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that operate this website and our customer records, and only so they can perform that work for us:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Google (Analytics and Ads) — traffic measurement and advertising attribution.
  • Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection on our forms.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email, including sign-in links.
  • Our customer management system — storage of your inquiry, estimate, and service history.

Employee training accounts

The training area of this site is for Paradise Pools staff. Signing in stores an email address, an optional display name, a role, sign-in timestamps, and a record of module progress and quiz scores. Sign-in links are one-time and expire. This section is not open to the public and collects nothing from site visitors.

Data retention

We keep inquiries and customer records for as long as we have an active or prospective service relationship with you, and afterward for as long as California law requires us to retain contract and warranty records for the work we performed. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. Expired sign-in links are deleted once used or expired.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make a request, email pools@paradisenapa.com or call (707) 257-0774. We will verify your request against the contact details in our records and respond within the time the law allows. You can also reply "STOP" to any text message or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop hearing from us.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted over authenticated connections, and access to customer records is limited to Paradise Pools staff who need it. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive documents such as government identification through the website forms.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging pool construction or service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Material changes will be summarized here so returning visitors can see what moved.
